CORGI direct Chimney/Flue/Fireplace and Hearth Commissioning Record - CP3FORM

The Flue, Chimney, Fireplace and Hearth Commissioning Certificate was developed by CORGIdirect to meet the requirements of Approved Document ‘J’ of the Building Regulations (England and Wales), which requires that when competent gas operatives install new open-flues, fireplaces or hearths, or modify existing chimney/flue systems, that the client/gas user is provided with a commissioning Certificate detailing the work carried out.

The Commissioning Certificate can also be used by the client/gas user as a means of confirming to the Local Building Control Body that the work carried out, conforms to Building Regulation requirements.
