A simple but useful label that combined with the use of the CP43 'Existing concealed room-sealed fanned-draught boiler chimney assessment' form allows gas engineers to document their actions and to confirm that the chimney system was inspected for safety during their visit (the label has a small space for inserting the date of the inspection as well as the name and registration number of the gas operative).

This label can then be affixed to or near to the boiler to provide a visual indication that the chimney has been checked and when.
