Installer t&cs

  1. Trade Referral Scheme is only open to existing Plumbase Trade Account and Premier Cash Account holders.

 

  1. This promotion excludes all Plumbase current employees, Internet Trader (Virtual Merchants) and Public bodies.

 

  1. Plumbase reserves the right, at any time without notice, to terminate the Trade Referral Scheme.

 

  1. Plumbase Trade Account and Premier Cash Account members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Plumbase.

 

  1. All participants must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.

 

  1. Calculations will be based on ex VAT, verified against our computer records and settled on that basis.

 

  1. Plumbase Pounds will become invalid if they remain uncollected by the Installer from the relevant Plumbase branch for 3 months after the date the vouchers were made available to the Installer (as recorded by Plumbase).

 

  1. Plumbase will endeavour to issue vouchers within 30 days from the end of the month in which valid referrals/quotes were provided by Installers but this cannot be guaranteed.

 

  1. Plumbase decisions as to the use of the scheme by the Installer and all other relevant matters in relation to the scheme, as may be notified to Installers from time to time, shall be final.

 

  1. There is no cash alternative to the Plumbase Pounds, Prosecco or Wine.

 

  1. Installers’ accounts will be monitored and reviewed. Misuse of the scheme will result in withdrawal from the scheme.

 

  1. Nothing in this agreement will render Plumbase responsible for employees or sub‐contractors of the Installer.

 

  1. The Installer shall use reasonable endeavours to promote the interests of Plumbase, shall not do anything which brings Plumbase into disrepute and/or damages Plumbase commercial interests or business reputation and shall indemnify Plumbase for any losses, costs and/or expenses it suffers and/or incurs as a result of the Installer’s failure in this respect.

 

  1. Plumbase Pounds Vouchers can only be collected by the named installer on the Trade Referral Scheme.

 

  1. Plumbase Pounds cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded and no cash alternative is available.

 

  1. In order to register for the Trade Referral Scheme, please visit your local participating Plumbase branch to have your account registered.

 

 

  1. Plumbase shall be entitled at any time to cancel or invalidate Plumbase Pounds awarded if the relevant products to which such voucher relates are returned or cancelled for any reason and a refund of the purchase price is given, or if the relevant products are exchanged for other products unless such exchange is for products with an equivalent reward value. Where the relevant products are exchanged for products of a lower reward value Plumbase shall be entitled to invalidate the balance of Plumbase Pounds between those awarded in relation to the product originally purchased and those which would have been awarded in relation to the replacement products.

 

  1. All products are subject to availability.

 

  1. Plumbase Pounds will be automatically calculated based on the purchase of items during the period.

 

  1. The accrued Plumbase Pound Vouchers (after removing refunds, exchanges and contract support) will be picked up at the Branch allocated to the Branch where the customer registered for the Trade Referral Scheme. The vouchers will be valid until 31st December 2018. Vouchers awarded in relation to the Trade Referral Scheme cannot be exchanged or redeemed for rewards on any other dates.

 

 

  1. Contract supported sales (either via Plumbase or direct from the Supplier) for a product(s) are excluded from this promotion.

 

  1. Plumbase is not responsible for vouchers that are delayed nor is liable for any lost or stolen vouchers after collection.

 

  1. Unused Plumbase Pounds after 31st December 2018 cannot be redeemed.

 

  1. Plumbase reserves the right to change, amend or cancel the promotion without prior notice.

 

  1. Incentive schemes may be subject to tax and National Insurance. Any tax implication rests with the customer, for further information please contact your nearest Inland Revenue office.
